Hop Kiln Cafe
From Easter 2013, our Hop Kiln Cafe is open by appointment for group bookings (10+) and events only. Our menu includes:
- Redlands Platter for Two: smoked Tasmanian salmon, leg ham, Tasmanian brie, Tasmanian cheddar, pickled onions, Cheeky Little Place Relish, Redlands Barley Salad, Redlands Artisan Sourdough ($32 for two)
- Sandwiches - Ham, tomato and brie; smoked salmon, capers, brie and red onion; marinated vegetables, feta and pesto. All between two slices of Redlands Artisan Sourdough (around $9)
- Whisky, Honey and Almond Ice-cream
- Redlands Barley Salad with fried haloumi
